1. Placing an order

To order a product, the customer selects the relevant item on the website and submits an enquiry with the required information.

Submitting an enquiry does not in itself mean that the order has been confirmed or sent to production.

After receiving the enquiry, we contact the customer to confirm:

• the selected product;
• the required dimensions and quantity;
• the colour and type of finish;
• any other individual parameters;
• the production lead time;
• the collection or delivery method;
• the final order price.

All order parameters are agreed with the customer before manufacturing or processing begins.

Once all parameters have been agreed, an invoice is prepared and sent to the customer. Production begins after the full payment has been received in our bank account.

2. Payment

We accept cashless payment only, by bank transfer.

All orders, including profiles, are fulfilled only against 100% advance payment.

Production begins after the funds have been received in our bank account.

The invoice is prepared on the basis of the order parameters previously agreed with the customer.

3. Production lead time

The production lead time depends on the selected product, order volume, colour, finish and other individual parameters.

The specific lead time is agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed and production begins.

If circumstances arise during fulfilment that may affect the previously agreed lead time, we inform the customer.

4. Delivery and order collection

Our company pays particular attention to product quality and safe delivery.

Because products are made individually for each customer and to strict schedules, we do not use third-party logistics companies.

This enables us to deliver the order in suitable condition while reducing the risk of damage.

We offer the following order collection options.

4.1. Collecting skirting boards

Skirting boards can be collected from:

• Krasta Street [NUMBER], Riga;
• Nautrēnu Street [NUMBER], Riga.

4.2. Collecting profiles

Profiles can be collected from:

• Krasta Street [NUMBER], Riga.

4.3. Delivery in Riga and the surrounding area

We provide paid delivery in:

• Riga;
• Mārupe;
• Salaspils.

The delivery price and time are agreed individually with the customer before the order is confirmed.

5. Order collection procedure

We notify the customer that the order is ready using the phone number or email address provided when the order was placed.

The collection or delivery time is agreed with the customer in advance.

On receipt, the customer is advised to check the product’s external condition, quantity and conformity with the agreed order.

If damage, a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy with the order is found, please contact us as soon as possible:
